This guide\u00a0was\u00a0created\u00a0during\u00a0my\u00a0tenure with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/code.oa.pa.gov\/\">CODEPA<\/a>\u00a0(the\u00a0Commonwealth\u00a0Office\u00a0of Digital\u00a0Experience), working\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0Office\u00a0of\u00a0Administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of our goals: to\u00a0help\u00a0teams\u00a0across\u00a0the\u00a0State\u00a0integrate\u00a0modern, flexible, and\u00a0effective\u00a0quality\u00a0assurance\u00a0(QA) practices into\u00a0every stage\u00a0of\u00a0IT\u00a0projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why&nbsp;a Context-Driven Approach?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditional\u00a0\u201cone-size-fits-all\u201d testing\u00a0strategies\u00a0often\u00a0fall\u00a0short\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0complex, varied\u00a0environments\u00a0we\u00a0face\u00a0in\u00a0state\u00a0government. Our\u00a0projects\u00a0serve\u00a0diverse\u00a0stakeholders, operate\u00a0under\u00a0unique\u00a0constraints, and\u00a0must\u00a0adapt\u00a0to\u00a0changing\u00a0requirements and\u00a0technologies. The\u00a0Context-Driven QA Guide\u00a0is\u00a0designed to\u00a0address these\u00a0realities.
